My name is Anais and I am 12 years old. My mom and dad were born in Puerto Rico, but me and my siblings were all born in Chicago, Illinois. I am the second youngest of five kids, but I am the youngest girl. I moved to San Diego when I was 8 years old! I live with my mom and 6 year old little brother.
This is going to be my first year playing squash and I am very exited. I attend The Press School UCSD and just recently started the 7th grade. I heard about Squash through my school. The reason I was interested in squash was because it wasn’t very common sport, it was fun, and it presented me with a challenge. I am looking forward to my upcoming years with Surf City Squash. Hi, my name is Chelsie. Right now I’m a 7th grader at The Preuss School UCSD. I’m pretty short, only 4' 11" and I’m really teeny too. I started playing squash, so I’m still a beginner.
I like to talk and text. Actually I talk a little bit too much. And anyone who knows me knows that I’m horribly obsessed with Hello Kitty. Horribly. But who couldn’t be? She’s just so cute! And I like Twilight too. Not to say that I’m obsessed, but I don’t HATE it. I listen to all kinds of music, but mostly country. I geuss you could say I’m a country girl at heart :).
Hi. My name is Claudio and I am in Surf City Squash. My other favorite sport is soccer. My favorite food is taco and shrimp. My favorite subject in school is Math. I love to play squash because you really keep active and it helps you with your academics. Whenever I get the chance to play, I take the opportunity.

Hi! My name is Sarabi and now I’m part of Team 4 in the program of Surf City Squash. My family comes from Mexico and almost half of my family still lives in Mexico. I had never played on a team so united and supportive like the Surf City Squash team. It has always been a dream of mine to play in a sport that i like and that it would help me achieve been a great artist as well as a good student. Now that my dream has come true I am going to try my hardest to make this dream last forever. In the seventh grade everything is much harder but with all the support of surf city squash members but the staff as well always remind me that everything is possible to achieve!! Hi my name is Sarai and I am from Mexico. This year I joined Surf City Squash. At first, I wasn’t good at all, but then I kept trying, and I got better and better each day. Even today! My favorite food is enfrijoladas which is tortilla with “mushed” beans all inside and around. My favorite color is purple. I love all the staff, including Ms. Bae and Renato.
